About Property
Welcome to my home in historic and world renowned, Charlottesville, Virginia, dubbed “The Stadium House”. This home is honestly too good to be true-located across the street from the University of Virginia’s football stadium and grounds, as well as minutes from many of Charlottesville’s famous wineries and historical locations- you’d be hard pressed to find someplace better. While The Stadium House’s unique location is great feature, the interior and exterior of the home is just as great. Beautifully manicured lawn and gardens, outdoor dining and games, as well as a new jetted hot tub, are just some of the features of note. I also decorate for all of the seasons, with hale bales and pumpkins and wreaths and Christmas lights greeting you upon entry.
The home has 4 traditional bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and has been consciously decorated using UVa and Charlottesville themes as inspiration. The kitchen is replete with cooking and baking utensils and cookware, spices, and even two different types of coffee makers and an espresso machine. Underlying all of these features is my goal to make your stay an unforgettable, luxurious experience, while also being cognizant of the environment by implementing sustainable business and cleaning practices to ensure that we can continue to offer these experiences for years to come.

Other things to do:
Sharing Sustainably
When visiting these beautiful mountains, I make sure to do everything I can so that you can create memories that will last a lifetime.
I offer:
- Cleanings using environmental and health-conscious products
- Recycling programs with refuse and water dispensers
- Furnishings with majority second-hand and antique items
- Economically conscious light and heating systems
- And much more!
I am lucky to offer these opportunities, but I need your help to ensure that these opportunities can be offered to people for years to come.
Be a Good Neighbor- treat these places like you live there too!
Please remember, these homes are my homes– I live, work, and am close friends with my neighbors, mail people, and trash collectors. Please be cognizant of noise levels after 9pm at night (noise carries in the mountains), do not throw trash outside of respective bins (I have lots of squirrel, bird, deer, and groundhog neighbors that may accidentally think that trash is food), and be mindful of extensive water, electricity, and heating use (my houses utilize private well water and propane).
